"Mosaic and Citra Hopped. Lower in alcohol than our usual Hazy IPAs and stupidly easy to drink. Like pouring smiles on your brain."
Malts: American Ale Malt, Pilsner Malt, Big-O Malted Oats, Sour Grapes Malt, Aurora Malt

Good stuff
Fermented in 2.5 days at 12psi @ 23C and then 2 days @ 15psi 25C with dry hop. 3 days in fridge carbonating, finishing dry hopping and cold crashing . All drinkable in a week!<br /> Nice brew. Hasn’t seen any oxygen and will bottle with CO2 purge, is nice straight off the tap.
