Delivery

Orders are usually shipped the day after they are received.

Once your order has been been processed and a courier pickup has been booked, you will receive a tracking number via email.

If your shipment shows visible signs of damage when you receive it, please do not sign for it, or sign for it subject to inspection.

Some shipments will require a signature on delivery.  If you give authority to leave the shipment without signing for it, you do so at your own risk.

Collection

If you would like to collect your order, please get in touch to arrange a time so we can ensure someone is here or we can leave your order out for you in the collection box.
