This is our take on the Brewdog Hazy Punk IPA.
"Punk IPA is the beer that kick-started it. This light, golden classic has been subverted with new world hops to create an explosion of flavour. Bursts of caramel and tropical fruit with an all-out riot of grapefruit, pineapple and lychee, precede a spiky bitter finish."
Malts: American Ale Malt, Dark Crystal
Hops: Chinook, Willamette, Nelson Sauvin, Simcoe and Amarillo

Excellent Brew
One of my first ever brews and it turned out brilliantly - of course, this might be to do with my God like brewing skills, but I suspect the ingredients helped a little, or at least it would seem churlish of me to forego any recognition of their involvement in the process. Everything arrived quickly even though I place my order during a global pandemic, which reminded me that when everything around you seems to be falling apart, as a species we still have our priorities in the right order - a man must have beer. This beer not only tasted fantastic it restored my faith in humanity.
