Far Far Away IPA Recipe Kit 23L

This is essentially a SMaSH beer recipe adapted from a HPA (Hop Products Australia) recipe which showcases the Galaxy hop variety.  Galaxy descriptors include Citrus, peach and passionfruit aromas.

Over 240g of Galaxy is utilised via mash, first wort, boil, hopstand and dry hop additions.

Malts: American Ale

Hops: Galaxy

Yeast: 2 x Safale US-05

Target ABV 5.8%
